Here at Onestep, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Onestep is a constructive citizen movement for an empowered India, thereby making it a better place to live in. We a social services organisation committed helping those in need while advocating for fair and equal conditions for everybody. We are driven by our passion to help, so we always work hard in our efforts to build a better future for our clients and charges. We partner with several non-profit institutions to better perform our social service responsibilities. We are dedicated to improving the life quality of everyone in our society. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits.
How we Born
Inspired by Senge's philosophy and Ghandhi's ideology a group of three college students Bharat Bhushan, Nitish Roy, Ravi Mohan came together in 2015 to set up Onestep Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children their families and communities, we adopt holistic approach of enhancing the less fortunate peoples's life through entertainment activities, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes, onestep has a flexible and innovative mode which will show it's effectiveness in the urban, rural and tribal belts soon. Our model ensures that the local community needs are met, thus benefiting entire community or village.

As a socially responsible service provider, we endeavour to reach out to as many people as we can serve. To do this, we take great strides to ensure our staff are well-trained and provide help through meaningful activities that will improve the quality of lives of those who are in need and empower them to better themselves. We encourage volunteering for those who also want to offer social services, and we are also open to working with people who will like to help in ways beyond physical volunteering.

No matter the department the case or the hour of the day every arm of our organisation always put forth our best effort to help others improve their lives and situations. Onestep Towards Peace is a volunteer based not-for-profit humanitarian organisation. Onestep is always open for the right talent to join us and be part of our endeavour to bring development to the very core of our society. Our ngo will give you freedom enough to work at leisure, however, we seek a long term commitment. Since the operations of Onestep covers a variety of areas, As an important stakeholder for bringing about change in society, we are offering this membership to you without any cost involved. It will be a free lifetime membership.
